Our stay at Dana Rayhaan by Rotana was exceptional! We spent 4 nights in rooms 1516 and 1510, both of which were impeccably clean and offered stunning sea views that made our trip unforgettable. The daily breakfast at Elements restaurant was a highlight, featuring a wide variety of tasty options. The pool area was pleasant and well-maintained, providing a great spot to unwind. The check-in was quite slow, especially during the busy Eid holiday time, which was a bit of a drawback. The hotel's location was very convenient, with easy access to Dammam Corniche, the airport (30 mins. by Uber), and Al-Khobar (20 mins.). Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, excellent amenities, and a prime location! Special thanks to Mr. Sultan Zainuddin.

I had a good stay at Dana Rayhaan by Rotana in Dammam. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to help with a smile, which made the experience even better. While I didn’t run into any major issues, nothing particularly stood out as exceptional either — it was a solid, reliable hotel stay. The moment I got inside the hotel for check-in, Mr.Qusai welcomed me with a smile and a nice chit-chat. He was super friendly with extreme professionalism. He helped me with check-in procedures in really quick time and provided me with the best sea view room at the 19th floor. The hotel was clean, neat and I really enjoyed my stay there for 3 nights. Never felt anything negative. I didn’t even call the reception guys in these 3 days except at the time of check-out. The break fast was good too. Highly recommended hotel stay.

I want to say I have a very good experience during the time stay in your hotel, as I travel from Dubai, Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam, I got the best hotel I found. Decoration is very good and peoples are very nice, we will coming again if next time travel to Dammam. For the front desk, Mr. Al Waleed, very very good man, he help me to order food from outside because I do not have KSA tel number. I feel so warm when he agree. Thank you for all the staff hard working. but one suggest from my side, breakfast could arranged some Asia type, that will be much more better. Thank you again.

The hotel is new, beautifully maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a room with an incredible sea view right on the waterfront! The location is also prime, with easy access to key spots in the city. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay.
